This water tank is built in a large cone shape with a 45-degree slope. The installation is clad in aluminium sheet material. To periodically clean the aluminium cladding, the cone is fitted with a movable cone top (raised).
When raised, lifeline arms can be folded out. The cleaning workers can then attach their lifelines to these arms, allowing them to climb out and perform their work safely.
