HAAN Projects completed a container washing station for an international manufacturer of pharmaceutical products (India). This client makes parts for medical syringes. Using the container washer, the manufacturer is better able to clean the ibc containers with water and air treatments.
The entire installation was developed and realised in-house by HAAN Projects: from concept development to seaworthy shipping.
Details of the project shown:
- Capacity of 48 l/min (5 bar) & 4 ibc containers per hour;
- Successful in cleaning dead corners using hot water and heated air;
- Automatic washing programme;
- Constructed entirely in stainless steel;
Installed in a clean room;
Siemens S7 controller.
