Specifications

For a supplier of adhesives, HAAN Industrial Group customised the barrel tipper shown here. This installation was designed to lift and tilt 700-litre tubs of glue (approx. 1,500kg).

Some specifications of the project shown are:

• Capacity of 1,500kg;
• Lifting range of 1.4 metres;
• Tilting range of 95° forward;
• Equipped with a hold-down hand control.

With a drum tipper as a forklift accessory, you will prevent your staff from having to lift heavy drums manually. This significantly reduces the risk of injury. The drum turner can be attached to the forks of the forklift and features sturdy clamps that hold the drum securely.

Drum turner for crane

Do you prefer to move barrels with an overhead crane? Then you can opt for a tipper designed specifically for this application.

Hand-operated drum turner

These drum tilters are manually operated and are generally suitable for lighter applications. They can be used in smaller work areas where you do not have access to a forklift or overhead crane.

Automatic drum turner

This system features automation and can be integrated into automated production lines. They can be programmed to accurately perform specific tasks.
