VCA-P (petrochemicals)
All HAAN Industrial Group Group companies are VCA-P (petrochemical) certified. Our employees are all in possession of at least VCA or VCA Vol. We employ our own safety expert (MVK) to draw up safety plans and risk inventories.

NEN 4400-1
HAAN Industrial Group is NEN 4400-1 certified. What this means for you is that you will never receive nasty after-tax assessments from the tax authorities or be fined for working with people who are not entitled to work in the Netherlands, whose identity has not been established or who have assumed a false identity.

NEN4400-1 is a national standard that sets requirements for Dutch-based hirers and (sub)contractors of work with regard to the payment of taxes and social contributions and being entitled to perform labour in the Netherlands. The purpose of the standard is to reduce the risk for you as a client of recourse damages and fines from the Tax Authorities and other government agencies.

NEN1090-1
All HAAN Industrial Group Group companies are certified by TÜV-Nederland according to NEN1090-1. A NEN1090-certified company is under strict supervision of an accredited independent inspection body. This means regular audits are carried out to check compliance with all requirements.

From July 2014, steel structures under the harmonised standard NEN1090-1 provided with CE marking must be marketed within the EU.

As a harmonised European Product Standard, NEN-EN 1090-1 already went into effect on 1 January 2011 with an 18-month transition period. From July 2014, steel structures must be delivered with a CE declaration. This legislation requires construction companies to act in accordance with the NEN-EN 1090-1 standard. The standard aims to enable construction companies to issue a declaration of performance in the form of a CE marking. To issue a declaration of performance, construction companies must classify processes such as procurement, design and production according to the NEN-EN 1090-1 standard and be certified by a Notified Body (NoBo).

ISO 3834
All HAAN Industrial Group Group companies hold ISO 3834. The ISO 3834 standard ensures that a welding technology company operates at a significantly higher level. By following the right steps before, during and after the production process, a product is obtained with the right quality. An ISO 3834 certified company works from established quality procedures.

From order intake to delivery, all steps are carried out according to quality procedures.
Examples include:

• The deployment of qualified personnel for welding supervision;
• Working with certified welders (LK);
• Welding from certified welding regulations (pWPS);
• Welding according to qualified welding methods (LMK);
• Employing qualified NDT personnel;
• Meeting all identification and traceability requirements;
• Supplying products according to all legal requirements and product specifications.

An ISO 3834-certified company is strictly supervised by an accredited independent third-party inspection body. This means regular audits are done to check that all requirements are met.
